పొయ్యిని మీడియం ఫ్లేములో ఉంచి పాలును సగం అయ్యేంతవరకూ మరిగించాలి

మధ్య మధ్యలో గరిటెతో తిప్పుతూ ఉంటే అడుగు అంటుకోకుండా ఉంటుంది

ఇలా ఎక్కువ సేపు చేస్తూ ఉండాలి

ఇప్పుడు యాలకుల పొడి వేసి మళ్ళీ తిప్పుతూ ఉండాలి

ఇప్పుడు పాలల్లో ఉన్న తేమ మొత్తం పోయి, గట్టి కోవాలాగా తయారైన తరువాత పొయ్యి కట్టేసుకోవాలి

దీన్ని వేడిగా అయినా సర్వ్ చేసుకోవచ్చు, చల్లగా అయినా సర్వ్ చేసుకోవచ్చు
